Don't rent from a property they manage. No response from property managers or the corporate office! Don't tell you they charge for water ti after you sign, if then, I didn't find out until I went to pay rent! $53.00 for a 1 bedroom, no washer! That's tminor, don't expect to feel safe brcause they have security patrols.

I too agree this is a horrible company. They ruinedour lives. We had two floods with them. One in the state of UT. Which was caused my their staffs failure to secure pipes in the winter after a tenant moved out. The pipe burst causing flooding. It messed up a portion of the carpet in the hallway. No other damage was done. Then we moved to another AMC property in AZ. We had toilet issues from the day we moved in. We were told lie after lie that the issue would be fixed. 72 days after move in, they came over to take the whole toilet out and replace some parts. That night we had a rude awakening when we found 80% of our apartment flooded in the middle of the night.The leasing consultants only defense for the issues were 1.)Did you file a claim with your insurance? 2.)Its your word against ours. I do not recommend doiing business with ANY property AMC LLC manages.This was our experience. I hope you have a better one.
