any affiliates should know mjs inc also has numerous cover names. brick hope greens hoa is one nafarious entity they are cloaking themselves as.they selectively target people who are behind on their mortgage. of course they are also behind on their hoa fees. they also team up with a law firm in the columbia area who knows how to make you pay the hoa and their big fat bill! you get ordered to pay by the lawyers court buddies 5 times the amount you owe the hoa. the hoa and lawyers work together to line their pockets!

This management company is the worst management company I have ever had to deal with! They do not follow the policy and procedures! They will turn you over to collections without proper notification. They say they mail out these so called past due notices but they don’t! Our HOA fees are simply going to waste! They don’t manage the community or take the residents issues or concerns seriously. They never return calls and are quick to get defensive instead of listening to what you have to say! If I had the money, I would buy another house and not with MUNGO with another builder just so I can get away from MJS!!! What a ripe off!

I too have had to deal with MJS and they are the worst management company I have ever had to deal with. There are no checks and balances! They simply are unprofessional and uneducated on simply business practices. We are not satisfied with their services and I hope that our community gets together and find another management company that is worth the money we give this ridiculous company!

This company sucks!!! For any builder looking for someone to manage your community, please DO NOT use MJS! Everyone in my neighborhood is dissatisfied and wants them gone! High Fees, with no results! Our pool has cracks, our tables needs to be replaced, lights are out, and the landscaping looks like shit!!

Sounds like a lot of these problems go back to you board of directors. What are they doing to address this? You, as a community, can change who us use as an HOA company if you are not satisfied. If the builder has turned to community over to the residents, you need to be making changes if you are not happy.

No checks and balances is the best way to describe them. They make up the rules as they go along, their logic and wording in their "written" notices/correspondence might as well be written on swiss cheese it has so many holes, and the letters have so many loop holes in their favor that i's insulting - it's extortion, truly. The fees and charging systems are outrageous and they yield absolutely no results. We need them out.

The owner of this company is associated with Mungo Homes. They have control of association until all lots are built upon per the HOA Restrictions and Covenance. Are only there to PROTECT MUNGO and MJS. In no way are they there to work with the homeowners in the neighborhood. VERY POOR MANAGEMENT COMPANY!!!! Would move out of neighborhood if economy was better.
