Wellingon Manangement is completely unresponsive in meeting the needs of its tenants and property owners. Dick, the owner, is extremely rude. I would not hire them to manage my properties.

Property management company had my car towed inappropriately, without notice. It is the policy of the management company to clear the parking lot after snow storms. This policy indicates that the lot should be clear of vehicles from 10am until 12pm on the next weekday after a storm. We had a storm on Jan 27,2011, which means that lot clearing should have taken place on January 28, 2011. However, clearing took place on the day of the storm, without advance warning. Management company had, last week, given advance notice any time plowing would take place (both regular and that outside of the regular time frame). Property manager went so far as to call me last week to ask me to move car so plowing could be done early. I checked my outside door (where notice is usually given) multiple times today to see about plowing. No notices were posted. So I assumed plowing would take place tomorrow, as the guidelines indicate. When I went outside at 12pm I found that my car had been towed. I contacted the property manager and the owner of the company to no avail. Now, I am out $130 for the towing.
